DIYOSA IN THE MAKING
Born and raised in Angeles City, Pampanga, Bombalicious Eklaver’s road to drag started the way a lot of great origin stories do — online. Her comedy videos went viral in the Philippines, and that spark was enough to turn a hobby into a calling.
Even her name is a punchline with a wink. “Bomba” is a nod to the explicit Filipino films of the 1970s and ‘80s — the kind you’d never admit to watching but always did anyway. It sets the tone for the queen she’d become: high-energy, campy, and never afraid to make the joke.
Since then, she’s built her name — and her fabulousness — through the werkroom of real competition.
Bombalicious is a two-time DC Drag Wars champion and has been voted DC’s Best Drag Queen four times over — no small feat in one of the most competitive drag scenes in the U.S.
Her look and artistry have even landed her in Vogue and Cosmopolitan, proof that her brand of glamour translates far beyond the local stage.
More than just the titles, Bombalicious carries a confidence that makes every appearance feel like her own runway — turning heads, owning the stage, and showing exactly what her drag stands for.
WAVING THE FILIPINO PRIDE ABROAD
Now based in Washington, D.C., Bombalicious has taken her platform a step further, creating space for other Asian queens to shine through events like Asian Explosion — a showcase she built for performers from across the Asian diaspora.
But drag is not the only hat she wears. A registered nurse since moving to the U.S., Bombalicious found drag as an outlet for her love of the arts. She also stepped into acting through ‘STAY’, a Filipino romantic-comedy web series.
From Pampanga to Washington, D.C., she continues to carry her Filipino pride, artistry, and Kapampangan roots wherever the stage takes her.
THE BIG STAGE
Bombalicious joins 11 other queens, each bringing their own flavor, competing for the crown and the coveted title of Philippines’ Next Drag Superstar.
The competition will put their charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent to the ultimate test — all under the brightest lights.
But for Kapampangans watching, there’s only one queen whose win would feel like home winning too.
PAMPANGA ON THE RUNWAY
Bombalicious’ appearance is more than just another reality-show casting.
It is an opportunity for a performer from Angeles City to bring Kapampangan talent, identity, and artistry to an audience far beyond the province.
Her journey reminds us that representation can begin at home — but it can also reach the world.
THE RUNWAY AWAITS.
“Kilala ko na kung sino ako, at ngayon, ipapakita ko na lang sa inyo kung ano ang nabuo ko bilang isang pasabog queen.”
So, Kapampangans —
Makasadya na kayu ba?
The crown is up for grabs, and Pampanga is ready to slay the runway.
