With the theme “Valuing Farmers as the Keepers of Our Sustenance,” the HAU – University Student Council (HAU-USC) announced that the Aeta farming community of Purok 3, Taric, Villa Maria, Porac, Pampanga will be the beneficiary of the University Days (U-DAYS) 2026 Concert on December 12.
In partnership with the Social Action Center of Pampanga (SACOP), Rev. Fr. Regner Fuertez, and the University’s Office of Community Extension Services (OCES), the concert, ATING MUSIKA: A Musical Odyssey, aims to support these dedicated farmers.
Moreover, the six featured artists — Apo Hiking Society, Drive of Daydreams, Yeng Constantino, Sentri, Sunkissed Lola, and This Band — were revealed through a campus-wide “Find the Artist” game, where students solved clues to identify the performers.
This year’s central theme, “BINHI: Ani ng Ating Lahi,” marks a shift from sea to land, following U-DAYS 2025, which carried the theme “AGOS: Paglayag ng mga Tanyag.”
Proceeds from last year’s HIMIG: A Musical Expedition Concert were donated to the ATIN ’TO Coalition to support the deployment of Payao units for fisherfolk in the West Philippine Sea.
